Line Marking Services Across Logan
Estate and Private Road Markings
Private estate roads in Logan's growth areas we mark with centre lines, give way lines, arrows and speed hump markings, set out to the Queensland MUTCD so they read like the public road outside.
Body corporates and developers usually call at handover or when visitors start cutting corners. Send the estate plan and any speed hump positions, and the quote follows it street by street.
Crestmead and Loganlea Warehouses
Warehouses and distribution sheds in Crestmead, Loganlea and Berrinba get forklift lanes, walkways and dock markings from our crew, following the site's traffic management plan for forklifts and people on foot.
Newer sheds in these estates often have sealed floors. Tell us the floor finish and the forklift routes so the quote names the right paint system, whether paint or two-pack epoxy.
Retail and Community Car Parks
Shopping centre, medical centre and church car parks across Logan are re-lined or set out by us with bays, accessible bays to AS 2890.6:2022 and directional arrows.
Larger car parks are marked in sections so the site stays open through the day. Add wheel stops, bollards or old line removal to the same visit if the car park needs them.
How a Logan Line Marking Job Runs
1. Free Logan site measure
We measure the roads, floor or car park and check who owns each section.
2. Written Logan quote
Lines are priced by the metre and bays by the bay, with the paint system named.
3. Booking around residents or shifts
Estate roads are staged so residents get in and out, and warehouses are done around shifts.
4. Set-out and marking
Lines are strung or chalked, checked against the plan and marked.
5. Handover walk
Wet sections stay coned until dry, then we walk the job with you.

Logan's Growth, New Sheds and New Estates
Logan grew from 343,821 residents in 2020 to 403,515 at 30 June 2025 (estimated resident population), an increase of close to 60,000 people in five years. The southern estates show it. Yarrabilba went from 10,194 residents to 15,803 over the same period, and Jimboomba and Glenlogan from 17,786 to 21,545.
Business growth has followed. Logan counted 4,933 transport, postal and warehousing businesses at 30 June 2025, up from 3,239 in 2021, and 24,784 manufacturing jobs in 2022 to 2023. More sheds and more estates mean more floors, yards and internal roads to mark.
Logan City Council manages local roads in the city, so public road markings go through Council. For private estate roads, our estate road line marking follows the same Queensland MUTCD the public roads use. Logan is one of the Brisbane and South East Queensland service areas our crews cover.
