What We Mark on the Northside
Shopping Centre and Retail Car Parks
Retail car parks around Chermside and Aspley we re-line in sections, bay by bay, so shoppers can still park while the fresh lines dry.
Arrows and pedestrian crossings get the most wear near entries and trolley bays. Point those out at the measure, because they may need a harder-wearing paint than the bays around them, such as solvent-borne or thermoplastic.
TradeCoast Warehouses
Warehouses at Eagle Farm and Pinkenba get forklift lanes, pedestrian walkways and dock markings from our crew, set out to the traffic management plan the site already runs.
Sites near the airport and port often need inductions and set arrival times. Send the site rules with the quote request so the booking fits them and the crew arrives with the right paperwork.
Light Industrial Units
Light industrial units in Geebung, Northgate and Virginia are often small multi-tenant complexes, and we mark their shared car parks, loading bays and unit numbers together.
Body corporates in these complexes often want each unit's bays numbered. Send the allocation and the stencils follow it. Shared loading bays can be hatched so nobody parks across a roller door.
Strata and Townhouse Car Parks
Townhouse and apartment car parks across the northside suburbs get visitor bays, numbered bays and driveway arrows from our crew, sized to the few bays each complex has.
Small jobs sit at the minimum price, so it pays to add speed hump markings or wheel stops to the same visit. Basements need a note on height clearance for the marking machine.

What Moves a Northside Quote
Northside Growth and the TradeCoast
The northside is where Brisbane's freight meets its shoppers. The Eagle Farm and Pinkenba statistical area held just 2,746 residents at 30 June 2025 (estimated resident population), up from 1,897 in 2020, because the land is mostly airport, port and industrial. A few kilometres west, Chermside grew from 11,453 to 12,811 residents over the same five years and Aspley from 13,107 to 13,789, and every new apartment block brings another basement car park to mark.
For retail and strata sites, our shopping centre and strata car park marking is set out against AS/NZS 2890.1 for bay sizes.
Local roads across the northside are managed by Brisbane City Council, so markings on them go through Council. Private car parks and industrial sites are the owner's responsibility. The northside is one of several areas we cover around Brisbane.
